Through the deep processing of fortified rice kernel, Jinan Kelid Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed an instant rice machine. This production line is high automation, easy to operate, and saves labor and energy. The main processes are mixing, extrusion, molding, drying, and so on. According to the customer's production requirements, an automatic batching and crushing system can be configured at the front end of the production line. And different sizes of rice can be produced by changing the mold.
There are two cooking methods for instant rice, heating bag cooking, and hot water brew cooking. There's no limit by time and place, easy to carry, suitable for a wide range of people.
