Preconditioner

The Preconditioner is usually used as auxiliary equipment for the extruder and in conjunction with the extruder. Before the raw material enters the extruder, the pretreatment is carried out through the Pre-conditioner, where the humidity, temperature, and composition ratio of the raw material of the extruder are adjusted, and the state of the raw material is accurately controlled. The state of the raw material can be ensured to meet the processing needs of the extruder, to achieve the best puffing effect. The Pre-conditioner can greatly improve the processing efficiency and product quality of the extruder, and reduce the production cost. 

Preconditioner is widely used in high-capacity puffed food production lines, high-capacity aquatic feed production lines, and high-capacity pet food production lines.
