Microwave gelatin drying process: Gelatin is evenly spread on the conveyor belt, which is generally a PTFE conveyor belt and is driven by a transmission device to move in the dryer. The microwaves generated by the magnetron dry the gelatin from the inside out. The moisture generated during the drying process is discharged by the moisture exhaust system. The conveyor belt running speed can be freely adjusted according to the humidity of the gelatin.
