1. Mold
We use imported food-grade PC as the material for the mold, which creates conditions for good demoulding under the premise of ensuring food grade.
Not every shape and every size is suitable for cold-pressed pet food making machine. After hundreds of experiments, we have suitable sizes and shapes.

2. Design
Pressure adjustment of the stripper roller. The pressure of the demoulding roller can be adjusted according to different material formulas and different shapes.
In addition, the tightness of the canvas belt and the speed of the rubber rollers are adjustable, and the specially selected canvas belt makes the material be perfectly released from the mold and transported to the conveyor belt.
