1.Principle of microwave drying
Microwave is a high-frequency electromagnetic wave with a frequency between 300MHz and 300GHz and a wavelength between 1 mm and 1 meter. When drying, the microwave acts on the raw material, the raw material and the water in the material will absorb the microwave, causing high-frequency vibration and friction between the molecules of the material, thereby generating heat and increasing the temperature of the material, thereby achieving the purpose of drying.

2.Characteristics of microwave drying
High drying efficiency. Microwave drying is different from traditional drying methods. Microwave drying does not require heat conduction, so the material heats up quickly and the drying efficiency is high;

Has bactericidal effect. During the microwave drying process, due to thermal effects and biological effects, microorganisms in the materials will be killed, ensuring product safety and extending product storage time.
Energy saving. Since microwave drying does not require heat conduction, it consumes less heat and is more energy-saving than traditional drying methods;
Environmental friendly. Microwave drying uses electricity as energy source, does not produce harmful gases and waste water, and does not cause environmental pollution.
