2. Limit switch
The observation window is equipped with a limit switch. When the observation window is abnormally opened during the normal operation of the equipment, the microwave generator will be closed to prevent microwave leakage.
3. Observation window metal shielding net
Each observation window is equipped with a metal shielding net, which can also absorb a small amount of microwave that may leak, preventing the microwave from flowing out through the small gap between the observation window and the box.
Secondly, it is the cooling water temperature of the water-cooled industrial microwave equipment is too high or the water pipe leaks issues.
1. Water temperature
Excessive cooling water temperature may cause damage to the magnetron and power supply, but the cooling water temperature can be set, if the water temperature is higher than the set temperature, the microwave will not start to avoid damage to electrical components.
2. Water pressure
Water pipes require regular maintenance, and there are generally no problems with water pipe leakage. If the cooling water is too little or the water pipe leaks, the water pressure will be too low. Every industrial microwave will be equipped with a pressure sensor. If the pressure is abnormal, the equipment will not start.
