Preparation: Make the material to be processed into an appropriate size to ensure that it can be evenly exposed to microwave radiation. Also clean and maintain the microwave drying equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
Loading material: Place the material to be dried evenly in the drying chamber/on the conveyor belt of the microwave drying equipment. Be careful not to over-pile or block to ensure that the microwaves can be radiated evenly to each material.
Setting parameters: According to the nature of the material to be processed and the desired drying effect, set the relevant parameters of the microwave drying equipment, such as conveyor belt speed/tray rotation speed, microwave power, etc. The selection of these parameters needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation in order to achieve the drying effect.
Start to drying: After ensuring that all operations of the microwave drying equipment comply with safety regulations, start the equipment to start the microwave drying process. During the drying process, the equipment generates microwave energy and radiates it onto the material, heating and dehydrating it.
Monitoring the drying process: During microwave drying, the drying needs to be closely monitored. Changes in parameters such as drying temperature and humidity can be observed through the display screen of the equipment or other monitoring devices. If an abnormal situation is found, the equipment parameters should be adjusted in time or the machine should be shut down for inspection.
